Vision for this role:

In the role of Consultant Product Enablement, you will be responsible for the Contentserv Enablement team deliverables. You will be primarily responsible for content creation, product training, and other enablement specific processes. An ideal team member MUST possess the right mix of training and content creation capabilities.

Your responsibilities - with the opportunities to grow:

In your day-to-day work, you will have a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for development

Must have’s-

  • Supporting the team to meet delivery deadlines
  • Content creation (videos, documents and eLearning’s) – Analysis, Designing, Documenting, Reviews, Recording, Voice overs, Editing, Publishing, and Maintenance
  • Working with the Application and Technical consultants and other teams whenever required to align the deliverables
  • Handling the certification process for Contentserv Stakeholders

Good to have-

  • LMS Administration, Reporting and Maintenance
  • Training Delivery Expertise – ILTs, Webinars, Online and Offline Sessions
  • Experience with PIM or Cloud based applications preferred

Your profile - what do you need to fit with us?

  • 5+ years of experience in the training and enablement field
  • Skilled trainer with understanding of Adult Learning principals
  • Must understand Instructional designing concepts like ADDIE, Storyboarding
  • Experience with content creation using any of the following tools like Camtasia, Amazon Polly, Snagit will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of LMS and its administration will be preferred
  • Self-driven with a calm demeanor, and technical bent of mind 
  • Ability to think critically, document factually, and stay focused on the underlying business requirements to contribute to the team deliverables
  • Proactive, analytical with strong attention to detail and a tenacious problem solver with a lot of intellectual curiosity
  • Patient, persistent, and driven to share knowledge and guide others
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Ability to deliver desired results with minimum supervision
  • Excellent reading, comprehension, and writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with a neutral accent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Prior experience with PIM and DAM, or Cloud based applications preferred
  • Experience of working in an international software company desirable
